• If posting a job, you confirm you are entitled to recruit for the role and that your business holds any licences (including any QLD Labour-Hire Licence) the law requires.
• If applying for a job, you confirm any tickets or qualifications you list are current.
• You don't use the site to send spam, scams, or contact people for purposes other than the role being posted.

Our role

ATQ is a classifieds platform connecting jobseekers and employers. We are not a labour-hire provider, employer of record, recruitment agency, or party to any employment relationship. We don't hold worker money, pay wages, or take a commission on placements. See our labour-hire disclaimer.

Moderation

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, and refuse service for breaches of these terms or applicable law. Aggregated job listings are sourced from third parties and routed via canonical URLs back to the source.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee any listing or applicant is accurate; employers and jobseekers must do their own due diligence before engaging.
